PGMC Recognizes Outgoing Chorus President, Tim Bartunek.

We want to recognize our outgoing Chorus President, Tim Bartunek. Having been a performing member since 2016, Tim has been an outstanding volunteer!

The Chorus President (different from the Board Chair) role is a big responsibility and requires a keen understanding of the needs of our members and an overall perspective for the entire organization. This position is also a voting member of the PGMC Board of Directors as membership liaison.

As a baritone, Tim began singing with the Chorus in January 2016. Since then, Tim has been instrumental in the development of PGMC over the past several years. His volunteer dedication to the Chorus has included being on several committees (Artistic Development Committee 2018-2022 and our Gala Fundraiser Co Chair since its inception in 2019)

Tim has also had several specific roles within the organization including Marketing Coordinator (2020-2021), Chorus Vice President (2020-2022), PGMC Board of Directors (2020-2022) and Secretary of the Board (2021-2022).

Since 2020, he has been on the Production team to help create the magic of our concerts. It’s no wonder that he received the Brad Stephens Meritorious Service Award (named for a founding member who passed in 1984), given to those volunteers who have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service and support to the Chorus.
