Whether you're interested in singing with the chorus or subgroup, or helping out as a volunteer, we'd love to hear from you.

We bring on new singing members prior to the beginning of each rehearsal term (and accept volunteers at anytime!); scheduled auditions are generally in early September, January, and March. We encourage anyone that is interested in the chorus to stop by one of our rehearsals (check our calendar for details). By attending one of our rehearsals it will give you a chance to meet some of the members, to see how rehearsals are run, and to get a feel for singing with the Chorus before your audition.

Volunteers are a great help to the chorus and assist with mailings, administration, production, and event coordination, as needed. Be sure to let us know if you have any special skills we may be able to use!

Membership in the Portland Gay Men's Chorus currently numbers more than 100 men and women and is open to anyone who supports the Chorus' mission: to expand, redefine, and perfect the choral art though eclectic performances that honor and uplift the gay community and affirm the worth of all people.
